Matt has made window cleaning a really professional service. From his text the afternoon before giving a time of arrival (which he always seems to honour), the thorough clean using his pole and pure water system, to the 24 hour delay to allow customer inspection before he presents his direct debit request; the whole experience is just so simple for the customer. If you are absent when he is scheduled to arrive have no fears you can trust Matt to lock any gates and secure your premises before he leaves. It is a pleasure to find a tradesperson who actually does exactly what and when he says he would.
